Raw Food Revolution

Join Pat Bredt from Full Circle Health and Nutrition for a series of “Raw Food” classes to inspire and encourage you to try the raw food lifestyle. These classes will provide a guide to help you transition to raw and also to find out about the recipes and techniques to make it a wonderful learning experience. Raw natural foods help prevent many diseases including diabetes, heart disease and cancer. We can avoid many diseases by eating a natural plant based diet. Raw is the ultimate healing diet.  Prices include tasty snacks and entrees made by Pat. The class will take part in a pot luck on the last day of classes.

Pat Bredt is the founder of Full Circle Health and Nutrition where alternative methods of treatment are based on nature and natural remedies.
